Incoming Students

Please follow the steps below for your online application process:

  • If you have not received an e-mail from us, contact us using the Contact page. Do not use the sign up/register page.
  • Click the activation link in the e-mail we sent you.
  • After activating your account, log in with the username and password in the e-mail we sent you. (If you experience any login troubles, contact us.)
  • Click the My Applications link on the top menu and follow the Apply link on My Applications page.
  • Fill-in the form and upload your passport photo. Some form fields are pre-filled and unchangable.
  • Check the form for any wrong/missing information.
  • Save/submit the form. You will be able to edit/update your form later.
  • If you are sure there is nothing to change and nothing missing in your form, then Finalize your form. You will not be able to make any change after you finalize your application.
  • Click the PDF link of your application on the My Applications page and print your form. Have your coordinators signature and stamp on it and then send it via e-mail to "erasmus@ankara.edu.tr"
  • If you've already contacted your departmental Erasmus Coordinator at Ankara University and prepared your LA, please print it and get your coordinator's signature and stamp of your home university and send it together with your application form to the adress given above. If you are not able to prepare your LA before your arrival then you may do it with your coordinator after your arrival.
